Do you deliver and set up?
Absolutely! Mo-Fun.com will set up each item and insure that it is clean and in good working condition well before your party starts and come back to take it down after the party is over. This service is included in your rental cost. A delivery fee may be required, based on mileage.
What kind of power is required?
All of our products plug into a standard 110 household outlet. We will supply the cord, and we ask that nothing else be plugged into the outlet we are utilizing. Placement of the product should be no more than 100ft from that outlet. If you would like to set up at a park or place without an electric outlet within 100 ft, let us know and we can arrange to use a generator for an additional charge.
What type of surface can the item be placed on?
The safest surface is a level grassy area. However, we can set up on concrete, asphalt, or bark. Please specify when ordering which surface we will be setting up on and we will make sure we utilize the proper anchors for your event.
How much room do I need?
You should have an area about 15'X15' with a vertical clearance of about 15'-22'. When you call to reserve your Bounce Houses and/or other Inflatable, we will let you know the dimensions for the particular shape you will be renting.
Are they safe?
Yes. Our Bounce Houses and other Inflatable are constructed to be as safe as possible. As with any activity involving small children, an adult should supervise the activity. This will help to insure that the few simple rules continue to be followed and that someone is always there to assist children entering and exiting the Bounce Houses and other Inflatable. All of our Bounce Houses and other Inflatable are covered for weather protection (direct sun & light rain) and they have netting on all four sides to allow for great visibility and air circulation.
Are you insured?
Yes, we are insured. All individuals and companies that rent our Bounce Houses and other Inflatable are required to sign a liability waiver prior to set up. We CANNOT set up our Inflatable and other equipment until the liability waiver is signed.
Is there a deposit required?
A $50 deposit is required to guarantee your reservation. We will collect the balance payment (Check, Cash or Money Order) the day of the party when we set up. Our cancellation policy is 48 hours. In case of inclement weather you may reschedule.
Can I have my party at a park?
Yes. Bounce Houses and other Inflatable are great for parks. Some cities require that you have reservations in order to have Bounce Houses and other Inflatable at the park. Also, most cities will require that they be named as additionally insured on our policy. There is usually no charge for this; however we do need at least a one-week notice to accomplish this. Also, check to see if electricity will be available, if not we can arrange for a generator for an additional charge.
